The guy's private life has nothing to do with it...I just think he does a lousy job of in-game management of a team, makes bad decisions, and is a cry baby on top of that. But, really, a coach's personal life has nothing to do with their ability to coach. The only exception is substance abuse...but outside of that nothing.

This statement is true, I am a Raiders fan and they have sucked high tit since 2003.
